Refunds and Returns
At Moppie Top, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:
Timeframe: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Faulty Products: If the product is faulty due to an error on our end, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Change of Mind: If you’ve simply changed your mind, we’ll provide store credit or you can opt for an exchange. However, the cost of return shipping will be at your expense.
Shipping Costs: Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable. All return shipping must be done through Australia Post.

Shipping Policy
At Moppie Top, we currently offer shipping within Australia only.
Shipping times and requirements are based on our carriers service standards. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your delivery’s progress.
Moppie Top Locals is our free delivery option for customers in Perth’s northern suburbs. If your postcode is within our local delivery zone, we’ll hand-deliver your order within 5 business days.
